The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) seized 190 kg of drugs in the border area as part of the fight against the Armed Terrorist Drug Traffickers of Colombia (Tancol) in Venezuelan territory.
This was reported this Friday by the Operational Strategic Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), GJ. Domingo Hernández Lárez, through Twitter.
«The FANB in the frontal fight against the scourge of drugs seizes 190 kg of drugs! FANB in the fight against the Tancol”, is the message published on said social network by the strategic commander.
Through the State security forces and the FANB, the different operations continue to neutralize criminal gangs, eradicate laboratories and drug crops in Venezuelan border territory and expel the Tancol.
Through Operation Bolivarian Shield 2022 Vuelvan Caras, the FANB has been deployed and defends itself against Colombian narco-terrorist groups who have penetrated the national territory through the nation’s border area.
During the operation they have found in their path camps for the processing of illicit substances, explosive devices, homemade traps, among others, throughout the border axis of the Apureña entity.
