They seize 18 kilos of cocaine impregnated in 36 pants

During inspection work at the Aerocan parcel company, located in San Antonio del Táchira, 18 kilos 430 grams of cocaine were located, according to military sources.

The drug it was impregnated in 36 pants distributed in two parcels that would be sent to Maracay (Aragua).

Upon detecting the shipment, the soldiers attached to Detachment 212 of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) notified the Public Ministry.

A similar procedure was carried out at the DHL parcel company, located in the La California Sur urbanization, Chicago avenue, Sucre municipality (Miranda).

There, officials from the Regional Anti-Drug Intelligence Unit 43 reviewed two parcels and located a total of 5 kilos 960 grams of cocaine impregnated in four straps (cargo lashing straps).

The aforementioned parcels were destined for Panama City.

And at the José Antonio Páez International Bridge, which connects the towns of El Amparo (Apure) and Arauca (Colombia), soldiers attached to Fluvial Detachment 353 seized a panela of marijuana (487 grams) that they were carrying on a bicycle, manned by Cristian Alejandro Valero Brizuela, according to the report.

The subject came from the Araucanian population and was heading to Guasdualito (Apure).

The Public Ministry was notified of the proceedings.
