The National Commission for the Knowledge and Use of Biodiversity (Conabio) launched this Monday the Regional Good Eating Baskets (CRBC) initiatives and the Biodiversity-Friendly Knowledge and Flavors distinctive, which seeks to recover the food identity, recognize the work of peasant communities and strengthen local production and the conservation of the genetic diversity of national crops.
