The Police and Prosecutor’s Office are investigating a new case of robbery with the modality of “pepazo” that would have occurred in a central establishment to the detriment of a professional who had arrived from Lima and wanted to have an aperitif in this hot season. Frank RA (41), a native of Lima, an industrial engineer, reported the incident at the Gonzáles Vigil police station, then the case was referred to the Central police station with the knowledge of prosecutor Jesús Gavilán Pariguana.
According to engineer Frank RA, he was alone in the center of Tacna and decided to enter the La Polinesia restobar located at Vigil Passage and Zela Street to consume an ice-cold drink.
He claims he was alone
He was alone at a table in that establishment drinking the liquor known as caipirinha, but when he took the second drink he lost consciousness and woke up the next day (January 31) in an open area, having become disoriented and with a headache, so he had to walk and ask for help to get to the police station.
The citizen reported that after waking up he realized that his wallet had been stolen, which contained three bank credit cards and two cell phones (Xiaomi brand model Redmi A3 and Samsung brand model A50).
Victims go to premises
Police indicate that there are repeated complaints from people who are victims of crime after attending downtown nightclubs.
The Police check the cameras to find out if any other person entered the restobar and approached the customer for the criminal act.
