Panorama revealed that Max Rojas García, brother of Richard Rojas Garciaformer campaign manager of President Pedro Castillo and a trusted man of Vladimir Cerrón, obtained several contracts with the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) for thousands of soles.
The Sunday newspaper explained that before Castillo Terrones became head of state, Max Rojas received a monthly salary of S/1,500. The first service order was S/14 thousand when Juan Silva was still in charge of the MTC.

The second contract arrived in January of this year, also for the amount of S/14 thousand. Subsequently, in March, he managed to obtain an order for S / 16 thousand for an analysis of the budget execution of the mentioned sector.
In April he was hired again for S/16 thousand. On that occasion he went for a service as a guardian of a property at an airport of the Armed Forces of Peru (FAP).
MTC sources to which Panorama accessed, assured that Rojas worked alongside the then director of Communication Policy and Regulation, Richard Tineo Quispewho is currently the owner of the MTC.
After the assumption of Tineo Quispe, Max Rojas once again obtained a service order for S/16 thousand last October, with the task of reviewing files for purchases.
As recalled, the Prosecutor’s Office accuses Richard Rojas Garcia of having transferred illegal money to the 2021 presidential campaign of Peru Libre. For this reason, he is being investigated for the alleged crime of money laundering.
For this reason, Rojas García was included in the ongoing investigation carried out against the criminal organization ‘Los Dinámicos del Centro’ in September 2021.
