The Minister of Agriculture, Oscar Zea, was denounced for the alleged murder of two people in Puno, according to the Sunday program ‘Panorama’. The events would have happened between 1999 and 2006.
The first case was of the citizen Paulino Zeballos Huacasi. An INPE file shows that Zea was in the Juliaca prison in 1999.
The second case is Edwin Richard Parisuaña Quispewho died on June 7, 2006. The day before, Parisuaña Quispe and Zea had a meeting where they drank liquor.

The next morning, Parisuaña Quispe woke up lifeless in the surroundings of the Universidad del Altiplano.
Investigations at the time revealed that the owner of Minagri he had blood stains washed on his clothes. Another implicated was Roger Mamani, who was engaged in falsifying study certificates with Parisuaña Quispe.
According to ‘Panorama’, Zea was an alleged exam cheat. The Prosecutor’s Office at the time ordered the arrest of the head of Minagri and demanded 15 years in prison against him.

Through his Twitter account, the minister rejected the report. “It must be indicated that the same (the complaint) has the quality of res judicata by the competent judicial instances. It is a closed court case with a sentence that declares me innocent, as is supported by these documents, ”replied the Minister of Agricultureshowing your court record history.
Research currently does not exist. It was a past complaint.
