A report by Nativa revealed that the candidate for mayor of Lima for Together for Peru, Gonzalo Joytried to eliminate the judicial files on the complaint that his son filed against him for alleged psychological and sexual violence.
Said medium showed a resolution, dated May 30, 2022, detailing that on April 22 and May 5 of this year, Alegría Varona presented two briefs at the table of parts of the Judicial Power.
In one of them, he indicates that the Prosecutor’s Office decided not to formalize a preliminary investigation against him and that the decision to file had been declared consented to. However, it did not attach the resolution that declares the consent of the tax provision.

In the second letter, the applicant for the municipal seat of Lima requests the removal of the file against him from the computerized media of the judicial institution. However, the request was rejected. by the first office of the Sixth Temporary Corporate Provincial Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in violence against women and members of the family group.
Finally, the report indicated that on May 30, the Judiciary sent an official letter to the Public Ministry, requesting the resolution declaring consent to file the complaint against Alegría, but so far there has been no response.
The last Tuesday, September 20, Gonzalo Joy spoke about this complaint and stated that everything is about “mounting”.

“Two weeks ago they tried to make the population believe that I had an employee whose head I broke and it was proven that it was a lie”, he added.
