They rescued the body of a child dragged by the Chapellín ravine

The body of an 11-year-old boy was located this Sunday in the waters of the Guaire River as it passes through Santa Lucía (Miranda), according to data obtained from Civil Protection.

The body corresponds to Josué Guillermo Barrios (11) who had been missing for 15 days since he met with little friends in the Broken Chapellin Bay. The rains caused the flood of that stream of water and dragged Josué, who tried to be rescued by another child, according to his relatives.

The body was taken to the Bello Monte morgue where his mother identified him by the black shorts he was wearing.

The deceased was preparing to study 5th at the “Jesús Enrique Losada” located in Chapellín, Libertador municipality, Caracas.
