Firefighters from the Capital District rescued this Saturday a man who fell onto the rails of the Caracas Metro at the Caño Amarillo station.

Pedro Pablo Palacios, General Commander of the Fire Department, reported on Telegram that the event occurred at 7:17 am. Upon arriving at the scene, the troops proceeded to apply rescue protocols in this type of infrastructure. to get him off the train tracks.

After the rescue, the firefighter personnel provided him with the first medical attention on the station platform and later coordinated his transfer to the Lídice Hospital, located in the Libertador municipality of Caracas.
