According to the police report, yesterday two victims of kidnapping were rescued Wednesday and two intellectual authors of the illicit perpetrated on Tuesday night in the area of Villa El Carmen in the city of La Paz.
The Vice Minister of Citizen Security, Carola Arraya, explained that the case was clarified. He said that this fact had a motivation of revenge and the objective of murdering those who supposed them. The authors of the illicit kept arrest for a crime linked to drug trafficking.
The kidnapping of one of the people occurred on Tuesday night in a van, where at least three people participated. Immediately denounced the fact an investigation was activated. “People who are syndicated as intellectual authors of this fact have domicile located in the pure pure area, in additionthey had had another person who was also previously kidnapped ”explained the vice minister.
According to the investigation, the kidnapped were going to be killed. The two victims were rescued. The vehicle used in the kidnapping is confiscated in facilities of the Special Force to Fight Crime (FELCC). The investigation was supported by the Special Force to Fight Drug Trafficking (FELCN).
