This Thursday, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the Public Ministry requested an arrest warrant against the Chief of Homicide of the La Guaira Subdelegation of the Cicpc, for cover-up, delay or omission in the case of femicide of Nazaret Marín .
Through his Twitter account, Saab specified “In the case of the femicide of Nazaret Marín, the Public Ministry requested an arrest warrant against ALEXANDER VENTURA, Chief of Homicide of the La Guaira Subdelegation of the CICPC for COVER-UP in the crimes of Femicide, Sexual Violence and; Intentional Delay or Omission”.
On Wednesday, Saab reported that Keny Díaz and Keisler Pérez accused of the crimes of Aggravated Femicide and Sexual Violence; and Miller Ochoa, an accomplice in the crime, had been arrested to be charged with the death of Nazaret Marín.
“#APPRESENTED to be accused of @MinpublicoVEN Keny Diaz and Keisler Perez the #abominable crimes of Aggravated Femicide and Sexual Violence, as well as Miller Ochoa for #Accomplice necessary in the crime of Aggravated Femicide and Sexual Violence against the victim Nazareth Marin,” the prosecutor wrote on his Twitter account.
