It will be the last debate of the year since the ordinary sessions were extended until December 31 and it will mean the resumption of parliamentary activity after the strong controversy between the ruling party and the opposition over the integration of the Council of the Magistracy.

With the request for the special session, the FDT seeks to resume the agenda of the frustrated session of December 1, where it was planned to discuss the creation of new study houses in the province of Buenos Aires and the interior of the country, that ended in a scandal because JXC questioned its validitysince it had been postponed three times.

These are the Delta Universities, which will comprise the parties of Tigre, Escobar and San Fernando; from Saladillo, from Pilar, from the Cuenca del Salado; of Ezeiza that will be located in the province of Buenos Aires.
The University of Mothers of Plaza de Mayo, in the city of Buenos Aires, will also be set up; from Río Tercero, in Córdoba, and in Entre Ríos, the Juan Laurentino Ortiz University, based in the city of Paraná.
Another central point on the agenda will be the pension moratorium project – which has been sanctioned by the Senate – and by which citizens who are of age and do not meet 30 years of contributions can enter a plan to complete the payment of those years.
A pension moratorium for women is in effect until the end of the year, but with this new law this system can be maintained and men can be incorporated so that they can also access a plan that allows them to reach 30 years of contributions and access a retirement minimal.

The agenda also includes dealing with the Extradition Treaty between Argentina and the Czech Republic, signed in November 2019; the Agreement to eliminate the collection of international roaming charges for Mercosur users, signed in 2019, and the Defense Cooperation Agreement between Argentina and Italy, signed in September 2016.
In addition, it includes the cooperation agreements for surveillance and control of the airspace between Argentina and Uruguay, and for the recognition of educational qualifications to be surpassed in Mercosur.
