Relatives of Sabryna Breuer regret the statement from the La Costa sanatorium, where Gerardo Stadecker is located, sentenced to 28 years in prison for femicide. They repudiate that a murderer can walk freely through the halls.
“I feel sad, I even dare to say HUMILIATED by this statement. Fight for 5 years for the sentence so that La Costa allows a murderer to walk freely through its corridors. Shame on justice in this country, ”she wrote on her Astrid Lindgren Breuer’s Twitter account.
Asismed Paraguay shared the statement from the La Costa sanatorium, where it is recalled that there is a judicial resolution that provides for the entry of Stadecker to the place, under prison custody, for specialized medical treatment, with monitoring of the forensic area of the Judiciary.
Those responsible clarify that the directors and managers of La Costa, have no relationship of friendship or kinship, not even social knowledge, with the patient or his relatives.
They add that officials from the Padre De La Vega Penitentiary Center are in charge of the custody of the patient.
Stadecker’s situation remains in his favor, despite the fact that the Prosecutors Dora Nohl and Susana González informed the Sentencing Court that there is a flight risk.

They further reported that Stadecker used an electronic cigarette inside the room, and received a visit from an unidentified woman.
Stadecker was found guilty of femicide of his wife Sabryna Breuer, which occurred on December 17, 2017. For this, he was sentenced to 28 years in prison.
