They reported 16 deaths from coronavirus and 3,194 infections throughout the country

The Ministry of Health reported this Monday 16 deaths from coronavirus and 3,194 infections in the last week in Argentina.

As for infections, the figure for this Monday represents a drop of 27.8% compared to last week (4,426).

In this way, there are 130,437 officially registered deaths at the national level and 10,040,329 those infected since the start of the pandemic.

The health portfolio indicated that there are 325 hospitalized with coronavirus in intensive care units, with a percentage of occupancy of adult beds in the public and private sectors, for all pathologies, of 41.5% in the country.

During the last week, 4 people died in the province of Buenos Aires, 1 in the city of Buenos Aires, 3 in Corrientes, 1 in Córdoba, 1 in La Pampa, 2 in Mendoza, 2 in Santa Fe, and 2 in Santiago del Estero.

According to the Public Vaccination Monitor, the total number of doses applied amounts to 114,388,393, of which 41,130,216 received one dose, 38,000,318 both, 3,169,868 an additional one, 22,473,423 the first reinforcement, 7,868,257 the second, and 1,735,809 the third, while the vaccines distributed to the jurisdictions reach 125,353,922 and those donated to 5,083,000.
