According to the State Commission for the Search for Persons of the entity, the 42-year-old former deputy was last seen at the Las Fuentes Hotel, located in the municipality of Saltillo, Coahuila, on January 31.
“El Mijis” was heading to Monterrey, Nuevo León, in a red Dodge van, model 2014, without license plates and with a circulation permit.
