The Cuban Company of Airports and Airport Services SA (Ecasa) reported this Monday that as of next Thursday, June 16, air operations between the United States and the rest of the Cuban provinces will be restored.
From the Abel Santa María International Airport, in Santa Clara, there will be one flight on Thursdays to Miami, and two on Sundays and Wednesdays to Tampa and Miami.
As of June 23, a flight will be established on Thursdays and Saturdays from the Ignacio Agramonte International Airport (Camagüey) to Miami.
At the Frank País International Airport in Holguín, as of June 17 they will depart on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays for Miami, and another on Tuesdays for Tampa.
USA: reverse policy of flights to Cuba of the Trump administration
From June 20 at the Antonio Maceo International Airport, Santiago de Cuba, there will be a flight on Mondays and Fridays to Miami.
Recently, the US government changed regulations on group travel and remittances imposed by the Trump administration. Group educational travel by Americans to Cuba under the auspices of an organization subject to US jurisdiction is again permitted, although the groups must be accompanied by an employee, paid consultant or agent of the sponsoring entity.
The ban on individual person-to-person travel and visits for tourist activities in Cuba continues.
