Libertador Avenue heading west, from the EXA Tower – in Chacao – to Cantv, has traffic closed, as does México Avenue in front of the Teresa Carreño Theater. They report a Dgcim checkpoint on Bolívar Avenue in front of Parque Central, as well as several platforms on Urdaneta Avenue.
Carts to Bolívar Avenue are available, but they only go as far as Plaza Venezuela.
