Neighbors of San Carlos Avenue, in Huancayo, reported an alleged act of aggression against a schoolboy, which occurred after an argument with the driver of a vehicle. According to witnesses, the minor complained about the repeated use of the horn, which caused the driver to get out of his unit and physically confront him.

Given the situation, other schoolchildren and neighbors intervened to separate the driver who was holding the student’s clothes, making him return to his vehicle and leave the scene. The incident generated concern among residents of the area, who questioned this type of reaction towards minors.

Neighbors indicated that they managed to register the license plate of the vehicle involved. According to a vehicle inquiry, the unit would be registered in the name of Paula Gutiérrez Díaz and Héctor Millán Camposano, the latter former director of the El Carmen Hospital and former candidate for mayor of Huancayo. The case must be clarified by the competent authorities.
