Guajirothe most recent CD of the Cuban singer, songwriter and guitarist Eliades Ochoa has just been released.
The album has 11 tunes and features special guests: the Panamanian singer Rubén Blades, the American Joan As Police Woman and the blues musician Charlie Musselwhite, Ochoa announced on his social networks.
The album is available on digital platforms. It also has the video clip of his first single a lion was released.
The songs included on the album are, among others, “Vamos a alegrar el mundo”, “Soy guajiro”, “Creo en la naturaleza” (with Joan As Police Woman), “Pajarito voló” (with Rubén Blades) and “Ando looking for a girlfriend.
After the success of the first album released by Buena Vista Social Club, in which Ochoa intervened, he has released nine albums and won four Latin Grammys.
With this new record, the singer-songwriter from Santiago is currently on tour around the world.
He has concerts scheduled across Europe and North America this spring and summer, including a headlining show in London on October 29.
