The motion is based on the visit made by the Minister of the Interior, Willy Huerta, to his home last week.

“It is inadmissible that a Minister of State who has been subjected to a political control procedure goes to the home of a member of the Board of Directors of Congress, since it violates the principle of transparency in the public function,” reads the motion.
