They reinforce vaccination in the Ngäbe-Buglé region, apply more than 13 thousand doses

More than 13 thousand doses of vaccines to combat influenza, hepatitis and other diseases; were applied in the Ngäbe-Buglé region, as part of the reinforcement of the complete vaccination scheme in the country, as reported by the Expanded Immunization Program (PAI), of the Ministry of Health (Minsa), noting that this work was carried out in coordination with the National Aeronaval Service (Senan) who organized various days to immunize communities with difficult access.

In these days the residents came to place the doses against Covid-19 in the districts of Kankintú, Kusapín, Jironday corresponding to circuit 12-1 and in Santa Catalina in circuit 12-3.

It should be noted that the population collaborated since through different channels they went to receive vaccination services. The EPI highlighted that the opportunity was taken to install refrigerators with their respective solar panels for a better conservation of the vaccines in the neighboring posts.
