They recover sports court in Caricuao as part of the concrete action agenda

Recuperan cancha deportiva en Caricuao como parte de la Agenda Concreta de Acción

The UD6 block community, in the Caricuao parish, received a completely rehabilitated sports court thanks to the efforts of the Capital District Government through the concrete Action Agenda (ACA), said the head of government, Nahum Fernández, on his Instagram account.

He also highlighted the importance of these spaces for the recreation of children and young people. In addition, he stressed that this recovery executed by ACA is a program promoted by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, which seeks that the community actively participate in the election of the projects to be executed.

“This is the new form of government, where the people send, and we will continue to promote the development of new projects for the benefit of our communities,” said Fernández.

In addition to the court, the integral rehabilitation of the area includes other important projects:

  • The recovery of a comprehensive diagnostic center (CDI).
  • The intervention of several buildings.
  • The improvement of a mercal establishment.
  • The construction of a water water treatment plant and an ecological gym, projects chosen by the young people of the community.

These works demonstrate the government’s commitment to meet the needs of the inhabitants of Caricuao and in promoting citizen participation in decision making.
