Major Luciano Vejarano, from the Traffic Operations Directorate of the National Police, spoke about the prevention of traffic accidents, mainly during these days of Holy Week.

He recommended drivers to check their vehicles with a trained mechanic to see the conditions and avoid mishaps on the road, the lighting of the car.

Do not drink alcoholic beverages before or during, so he urged to use a designated driver to avoid traffic accidents.

He stated that inspections will be carried out along the way and sanctions will be applied if necessary.
