The Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, awarded five firefighters from the National Risk Management System (SNGR), for their outstanding performance in the rescue and salvage at height of a citizen in the municipality Baruta, last Sunday.
From the Red Room, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, the Chief Admiral stressed that what they do is “guarantee the well-being of the Venezuelan people, attending to citizens when they need it, for life and peace”.
In the same way, he stressed that through this award, the work and rescue carried out by men and women in blue jackets, who risk their lives to save others, are exalted. “We will continue to strengthen citizen security bodies to provide the greatest amount of happiness possible to the communities.”
The activity ended with a thanksgiving mass, to thank and bless these officials, who guarantee the protection of life and peace in Venezuela.
