From the Ministry of Justice they reported that the seven prisoners who managed to escape this afternoon from the Misiones prison were recaptured in their entirety.
Police and military agents were alerted when the escape occurred and they carried out a search of the area where they managed to quickly arrest everyone.
Those captured are: Héctor David Dávalosimprisoned for intentional homicide, Eliodoro Areco Colmanrobbery with fatal derivation, Walter Aguiar Fernandez, aggravated robbery, Mauro Vieraviolation of Law 1340, Venacio Duarteaggravated robbery, Victor Duarte Bareiroaggravated robbery and Mark Xavier Gonzalezviolation of Law 1340.

All those who managed to escape were in the Pavilion intended for members of the First Capital Command (PCC) criminal group.. This is the second escape that has taken place in this prison since last August 30 inmates also escaped, many of them members of the PCC and up to now they still have not found three of these escapees.

The escape occurs hours after the new Minister of Justice Daniel Benítez takes officewho gave a press conference that these leaks occur and will continue to occur as the New Year’s Eve season arrives.
But he anticipated that they are going to reinforce the controls to prevent the inmates from escaping, not only from the Misiones prison, but from all others in the country.
