In this way, he projected that scenarios of greater conflict may occur, with an increase in the unionization rate, more difficult negotiations, complaints or labor demands, seedlings, strikes, among others.

“It is essential that employers project the possibility of making remunerative increases, design alternative compensation schemes or redesign their compensation policy, implement internal communication plans and establish mechanisms to detect labor conflicts in time, in order to prevent situations that may affect the organization and mitigate its impact,” he said.

On the other hand, he questioned that in the message there were no substantive aspects of the labor agenda, such as certain regulatory changes, social security and pension systems, labor inspection, the promotion of other forms of resolution of labor conflicts and the strengthening of social dialogue.

Neither was any perspective regarding the future of work before technological changes; Specifically, on the impact that automation and digitalization will have on employment in the coming years, considering the accelerated transformation context.
