The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, informed that the Bank of Alba proposed to activate a credits for the productive reintegration of entrepreneurial migrants to the national economy.
During his participation in the XII Extraordinary Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the peoples of our America-Trotado de Los Peoples (Alba-TCP), the head of state explained that this financing would start with 10 million dollars.
“A rotary fund that would allow us to partially address this situation and turn the return of a good part of our brothers and sisters who had to emigrate for reasons of economic sanctions, economic wars, inequality in terms of the economy, of The crisis of global capitalism, turning it into an opportunity to generate beneficial economic activity for our country, ”Maduro said.
To date to the country have returned with the Plan Vuelta a la Patria 1 million 500 thousand Venezuelans of the 2 million 500 thousand who left the country.
With respect to those national victims of criminal organizations, Maduro mentioned that in his recent conversations with the United States (USA) placed on the table the dismantling of these human traffic groups, known as “coyotes”, and that are “linked to the highest leadership of extremist, corrupt and bandit oppositionism that we have had in the last eight years.”
“There are the most important names of the bandit that have headed the conspiracy against Venezuelan democracy. Everyone has enriched themselves to full hands with these criminal organizations, ”he reiterated.
Save the Celac
The president also announced that he is working together with the leaders of the countries that make up the community of Latin American and Caribbean states (CELAC), in saving this body of great importance for the region with the realization of an immediate political council of ALBA.
“And in that way, support the processes of defense of sovereignty and peace throughout Latin America, throughout the Caribbean,” he emphasized.
Consolidate the agro-alba project
Maduro urged ALBA leaders to assume advanced agriculture concepts, based on the application of agroecology and organic food production, the framework of the concept of the application of agro -ecological regenerative agriculture techniques.
“It is an issue that we are insisting, fellow presidents, fellow prime ministers (…) in the production of food for food self -sufficiency of all the countries of the ALBA and reach the point where together we will produce to export organic foods,” he said.
In this regard, he reported on the completion of the Agro-Alba 2025 International Fair,
for the exchange of productive experiences of investments and new businesses in the development of the productive capacities of the countries of the region.
Technological advances
Finally, the Head of State announced the installation a science and technology center in artificial intelligence and free technologies of ALBA.
“It is proposed that we melt and install (…) together and we can integrate all the progress initiatives that each of our countries and scientific institutions are advancing to make a quantum leap in multifaceted and integral development,” Maduro concluded.
