They project nullity of eight boxes of judicial election, but will not affect results

The magistrate of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) Reyes Rodríguez Mondragón projects the nullity of eight boxes of the electoral districts 04 and 09 of Mexico City, related to the choice of magistrates in administrative matters of Judicial District 2, but this would not affect the designation of José Arturo Ramírez Becerra, who obtained more votes.

The project next to be discussed in the Superior Chamber indicates that of the eight boxes to be annulled, seven are because it was detected that people who acted as officials do not belong to the corresponding electoral section, while one is because it was accredited error or intent in the computer of votes.

The magistrate’s proposal arises from the review of challenges presented by Gaspar Paulín Carmona, who requested the nullity of the vote received in 165 Casillas, under the argument that he was in second place, behind Ramírez Becerra, with a difference of only 160 votes.

In another project, Rodríguez confirms to declare nullity of the election of the Judgment Circuit Magistracy of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in Judicial District 2, in Tabasco, and ordered the Senate to convene the celebration of the extraordinary election, exclusive for women, since the position of the candidate declared inexpensive corresponded to a woman.

They propose improvements to nominal list abroad
