The Endeavor organization presented the program aimed at entrepreneurs who seek to grow and enhance their businesses, and who are inspiring leaders for the new generations.
This program called ScaleUp is also open to people who want to learn from others, grow and give back to the ecosystem.
“It is also important that the business model generates innovative solutions with a differentiating technological component, it must be scalable and replicable, with a sustainable competitive advantage over time. Additionally, companies must have relevant and demonstrable sales traction, with aggressive growth in relevant metrics of up to 20% month-on-month.

The creators of the various selected ventures will have the opportunity to participate for six months in specialized training in key areas such as product, marketing, talent, sales, capital, among others. Each one will have up to 3 mentoring sessions per month (local and/or regional) with prominent mentors from their local and regional network. Some mentors that make up this are executive leaders of companies such as Hiraoka, Interbank, Google, Mercado Libre and Microsoft; as well as prominent entrepreneurs from its regional network such as Globant, Jokr, Auth0, Creditas, among others.
At the beginning of the program, the Endeavor team generates a diagnosis of the company and with this a specialized work plan which they will work on for the next 6 months together with the entrepreneur. At the end of the program, there will be a Demo-day, a public event where the participants will present their companies.
