SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ.- The judge of the Sabaneta Permanent Care Office suspended for next Wednesday the coercive measure against Carlos Rodríguez García accused of killing a married couple and injuring two other people.
The court ordered the measure to give the defendant’s lawyers the opportunity to study the means of defense to represent the defendant, who served as provincial director of the Santiago Rodríguez Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
While the court heard the measure of coercion, a crowd of people gathered outside the court.
Rodríguez García is accused of shooting the spouses Juan Carlos de los Santos and Marielis Anabel Villalona, who had fathered four children.
