The company currently has several projects under construction in the different tourist areas of the country, but highlights an ambitious project that would put the RD at the top at the infrastructure level.

“It is a project where we are bet on innovation and we have been visionaries, since the big companies and the great social and economic merits have occurred with iconic and greatness ideas,” said César Latrilla, CEO of Noval, offering details of the investments and plans in the future of the company.
He said that Noval Properties, in his 22 years, has delivered 3,000 units in the Dominican Republic and that projects under construction have 4,108 units, where there will be 255 hotel rooms.
In the city of Santo Domingo, the Jardines de Fine Artes project is built, which will have 180 units, of which 75 will be hotel rooms and will have an amount of US $ 50,738,000.
While in Bavaro-Punta Cana the Ocean project is built, with a amount of US $ 115,595,940.
Mega project
The project intended by Noval in SDE would consist of six towers, 3,349 units, in an area of construction of 713,037 square meters.
“For the hospitality there would be 372 rooms,” Latrilla said.
He said that this work is currently in the permissions process, which Augurán already has for December.
“We are also in the signature process with the Chinese builders, with Mariot and with contingency insurance. We are already in the final phase of technical negotiations,” he added.
