Morena in the Chamber of Deputies announced that next week there will be activities or sessions from Monday to Friday, and probably on Saturday, to clear up all the procedures related to the reform of the Amparo Law, but also with various regulations of the Income Law and the Fiscal Miscellany.
The coordinator of the bench, Ricardo Monreal, explained in a press conference that in the case of the amendment referring to protection, on Monday morning the third and last open parliamentary conversation on the subject would be held, and that same day in the afternoon a vote would be taken in the United Commissions of Justice and Finance to rule on it.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday the 14th there would be two sessions in the plenary session of the Chamber: one to publicize the opinion of said law and another for its discussion and possible approval.
Regarding economic issues, Monreal added, on Monday the Finance Commission will meet to discuss and vote on the three opinions of the Fiscal Miscellany (Federal Law of Rights, Law of the Special Tax on Production and Services, and various provisions of the Federal Tax Code) and the Federal Income Law for Fiscal Year 2026.
In the continuation of the legislative process, the aforementioned opinions will be publicized on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, they will finally be discussed and voted on.
“It is expected that there will be sessions all week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and probably Saturday, if we do not finish deliberating,” confirmed Monreal, who indicated that until the penultimate week of the month they will seek to address other pending changes to various legislations, such as the General Health and the Navy.
The presidential proposals to issue a new general water law and reform various aspects of the National Water Law would probably be addressed until the last week of the month, indicated the Morenoist coordinator.
