The co-head of the CGT, Paul Moyano; the general secretaries of the Centrals of Argentine and Autonomous Workers (CTA and CTAA), Hugo Yasky Y Richard Peterand other union spaces decided this Monday in a joint meeting to mobilize the May 5th next to demand “the resignation of Horacio Rosatti from the Council of the Judiciary”.
In a joint assembly at the CTA headquarters in Piedras al 1000 in the city of Buenos Aires, in which Sergio Palazzo’s Federal Workers’ Current (CFT) also participated, human rights organizations, labor lawyers, SME sectors, legislators and deputies, among others, Rosatti’s resignation from the Council was demanded.
To this end, they unanimously approved moving on May 5 to a destination to be determined, according to a statement signed by Yasky and the CTA Press Secretary, Carlos Girotti.
They also approved the need for the “political trial of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (CSJN) and that its number be expanded to democratize access to Justice,”
