As it is recalled, they were arrested after operations deployed in the provinces of Jauja and Huancayo, to be investigated for the engineer’s crime that occurred on January 17 in the district of Pancán in Jauja.
The prosecutor maintains that, in this crime of passion, Kenyu would have planned since last year, to attempt against the life of his sentimental rival under pressure from Milagros. For this, she would have paid the sum of 5 thousand nuevos soles to a hitman who was contacted by a relative, to carry out the work with the collaboration of his accomplices. The defense of those involved reserved the right to appeal, with the exception of Milagros Fátima’s lawyer who did.
