The Cuarto Poder program today unveiled a new modality that certifies studies to access public positions in the state apparatus, but with fictitious diplomas.
According to the report, obtaining these certificates to obtain state positions is not difficult at all. They are even offered without any oversight on social networks and websites.

Although virtual diplomas are legal and valid, some of these companies offer these documents without any assistance and by making up grades. They are called express. They can be issued upon registration and without having attended a single minute of classes.
The program was exemplified by the company ENACIP, the School of Political Sciences, which was previously questioned. Now, it offers virtual diplomas in advance, if you take a test that is not supervised and for only 99 soles.
These fictitious diplomas are not inspected by the Ministry of Education. When the entity interested in the curriculum of an applicant wants to know the authenticity of the diploma, all it does is send an email, which is answered by the issuing company.

The program consulted with officials from the Ministry of Education, who claimed to have no market competence, despite the fact that the diplomas were fictitious and lacked truth about the teaching, hours and grades.
This type of action represents a danger to education and to the efficiency of the State or the private sector, since people without experience occupy positions of great responsibility, thanks to fake graduates.
