Two bodies shot were found in El Observatorio, 23 de Enero, Caracas, according to police reports.
The bodies correspond to two men, one of whom was lying on some stairs with a jacket halfway down. The other fell a few meters away with his face glued to the ground, as can be seen in photographs.
Apparently the men were shot at dawn this Friday by subjects still unknown. A Cicpc commission went to the site in the morning, removed the bodies and began the investigations.
In another event, Yaen Alexander Contreras Sánchez (48), a public transport driver associated with the Unión Conductores del Oeste line that covers a route to La Vega, Caracas, died last Wednesday. Last Tuesday his truck caught fire when he was traveling through La Yaguara.
Yaen began to put out the fire but was engulfed in flames, which caused burns on 70% of his body. Agents of the Bolivarian National Police took him to the Miguel Pérez Carreño hospital where he died last Wednesday. He left behind three children, according to his relatives.
