Through a statement, the Mexico City prosecutor’s office explained that this weekend, Rebeca “N” was presented before a control judge where he described her detention in the Venustiano Carranza mayor’s office as legal.
Subsequently, the agent of the Public Ministry filed the accusation and requested the link to the process for crimes against health, bribery and possession of cartridges.
After analyzing the test data provided by the ministerial authority, the judge decided to bring the woman to trial and imposed the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention on her.
The judicial authority also set two months for the closure of the complementary investigation.
According to the investigation, at the time of her arrest, Rebeca “N” had in her possession a pawn ticket from the computer belonging to one of the victims of the multi-homicide in the Roma neighborhood.
