The Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Human Rights, of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) obtained the linking to three former elements of the Municipal Police of Rosarito, Baja California, for its alleged responsibility in the crime of forced disappearance.

The FGR identified those now charged as Eusebio “F”, Jorge “D” and Rosendo “V”, who will face criminal proceedings for the crime “provided for and sanctioned in articles 27 and 30 of the General Law in the field of forced disappearance of persons.”

The Federal Public Ministry informed that after the arrest warrant was completed, sufficient evidence data was provided for a federal control judge with residence in Baja California, to issue the order of linking to the process for the disappearance of two people, one of them minor, in that entity, in 2020.

The now accused were as active elements of the Municipal Police in 2020, and the federal judge dictated the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention.
