Its creator, full of enthusiasm, received a message through his social networks. A woman requested 16 personalized t-shirts, with an exclusive and specific design.
She insisted that payment would be on delivery, and although he does not normally work under these conditions, he decided to trust, motivated by the size of the order and the desire to take another step in his project.
With dedication, he prepared the t-shirts. From choosing materials to design and production, he invested time, resources and effort to meet his client’s deadlines and expectations.
Finally, the agreed day arrived, and the shipping company delivered the shirts to the indicated location.
The client did not pay and the t-shirts were returned
However, the client’s response was devastating. Upon receiving the order, he stated that he did not have the money to pay and apologized in a nonchalant manner.
The shipping company was forced to return Jade’s product, leaving her with a batch of personalized t-shirts that, being exclusive designs, she could hardly sell.
The damage was not only economic. The entrepreneur shared his experience through his networks, where he revealed the frustration and sadness of seeing his work, done with so much love, being ignored in this way.

Many highlighted the need for consumers to value the efforts of those who fight every day to build a business in an environment as challenging as the Colombian one.
