They launch 'Tax forgiveness' that forgives 100% of fines and interest of the departmental tax on the free transfer of goods and fees

The Government made official the launch of the ‘Tax Forgiveness’ that forgives 100% of fines and interest generated by the departmental tax on the free transfer of assets and by the rates that the departmental institution has in force.

Carlos Verazain, director of the Government’s Tax Agency, reported that Law 348 of ‘Departmental tax forgiveness’ will be in force until December 31 of this year.

“We invite the entire population to go to the authorized offices to be able to regularize all their outstanding debts related to the departmental tax on the free transfer of assets and departmental rates,” he said.

Verazain specified that the population can make their payment at the central office of the Tax Agency in the Government building in the city of Santa Cruz, but also in the offices enabled in the 15 provinces of the department, specifically in the Subgovernances. “We invite you all to take advantage of this important Forgiveness and be able to cancel your outstanding debts,” he confirmed.​
