Two criminals were killed Wednesday night when they were inside a house committing a robbery, according to military sources.
The shooting occurred in the San José building, located on Miranda de Anaco Avenue (Anzoátegui), where a police-military commission arrived after receiving an alert from neighbors who warned that three subjects had subjugated a couple.
Upon reaching the sector, the three criminals who were inside the building began an escape plan that included an exchange of shots against the uniformed men. One of the subjects fled, while two were killed.
At the site, officials collected a 38 revolver and a 7 mm pistol.
