In an intimate conversation, Mayalen Fray Moya trusted her crush, Kleiber Espinoza Palomino, that her friend of the Leydi PG Institute were farmers with money. It wasn’t true.
With the information provided by Mayalen Fray, Kleiber Espinoza Palomino and his brother Aarón Espinoza Palomino, both with a criminal record for theft, planned the kidnapping of Leydi PG under the belief that the parents of the 17 -year -old were wealthy people. Nothing more false.
At 7:30 pm on Monday, January 6, when Leydi PG was at his boyfriend in Constitución (Oxapampa, Pasco), he received the call from a man who told him that he wanted to give him confidential information. He cited it in the town of Puerto Sungaro (Puerto Inca, Huánuco), at an hour and a half of distance by vehicle.
The girl went up to her linear motorcycle and headed towards the meeting point, without knowing that who had summoned her was Aarón Espinoza Palomino, brother of Kleiber Espinoza Palomino, a couple of her friend Mayalen Fray.
Criminals threatened the victim’s parents
In full journey on the Fernando Belaúnde Terry road, in the San Juan de Pachitea town center, in the jurisdiction of Puerto Inca, Leydy was intercepted by three subjects who kidnapped it and kept it in captivity.
At 11:45 am the next day, Tuesday, January 7, the adolescent’s mother, Marcelina Girón Carbajal, received the first call from the plagiarists. The criminals demanded that he pay a rescue of S/500,000 within 24 hours. If he didn’t, they killed their daughter.
To prove that they were serious, one of the subjects sent the adolescent’s father, Sebastian Pastrana Rojas, a video in which Leydi PG is observed, very scared and tied with a soguilla. The individual who pointed to him in the temple with a gun would be identified as Delmer Lino Abad. If Leydi did not respond to the call of a stranger, this would not have happened.

The offender would later be identified as Aarón Espinoza Palomino, brother of Kleiber Espinoza Palomino, Mayalen Fray’s boyfriend, friend of the victim’s institute. The two are from Satipo, Junín. Aaron, 24, did not finish primary school. Kleiber, 29, also did not finish high school.
Death in the dark
Immediately, the incident occurred, the parents denounced the case before the Dirincri Anti -Disease and Extortion Research Division, whose agents traveled to Cerro de Pasco. Neither the parents nor the police knew at those moments that Leydi PG had been killed.
The same day they sent the video, the plagiarists killed the young woman, supposedly because she recognized them. They introduced the body into a sack and buried it one kilometer from the place of captivity. The author of the homicide was identified as Delmer Lino Abad.
However, the kidnappers insisted on charging the rescue.
Money for nothing

During the negotiations, the anti -kidnapping agents, under the command of Colonel PNP Franco Moreno Panta, managed to trace through the geolocation system that the incriminating calls came from the Satipo area, in Junín. On Tuesday 21 and Wednesday, January 22, the parents of Leydi deposited consecutively S/500 and S/200 to a bank account, provided by the plagiamen. The victim’s parents still had the hope of seeing their daughter again.
Police quickly identified the headline: Jonathan Yacila Silva, a 40 -year -old Lima, resident in La Victoria. Questioned by the anti -kidnapping agents, Yacila confessed that who gave him the commission of receiving the money was José Agapito Farro, a 46 -year -old Monsfuano, residing in the Azcarrunz urbanization, in San Juan de Lurigancho. Aarón Espinoza Palomino, arrested in Satipo; and Rabdy Vargas Mateo, Rodrigo Romero Tejada and the Killer of Leydi PG, Delmer Lino Abad; as well as his uncle, Vicente Aquino Lino. Reviewing the police archives, the agents detected that Vicente Aquino Lino was a fugitive from justice. They were looking for him in Pucallpa, where he committed a murder. Therefore, kidnapping was not a fortuitous plan of a group of friends and interested parties, but the entire work of a criminal organization. Arrested on January 25, Aarón Espinoza confessed the crimes and revealed to the police where he had hidden the body of Leydi PG: in the vicinity of the San Juan de Pachitea native community, in the jurisdiction of Puerto Inca (Huánuco). The necropsy indicated that the young woman had received blunt blows in the skull. They had no intentions to return her alive. They just wanted the money.
