The Cicpc reported the capture of a subject allegedly involved in the murder of Brian José Bolaños Cervantes (23), a homicide that occurred on May 25 in Santa Cruz del Este, Los Eucaliptos alley, Las Minas de Baruta parish, Baruta municipality, Miranda state.
The Cicpc report says that in the aforementioned sector, a party was taking place, to which Brian was invited. As the hours passed, Jackson Jaimes, 18 years old (detained), appeared, along with Yandri Echeverría (33), Keiner Rincón, Carmelo Pereira, both to be arrested; who began drinking alcoholic beverages.
They then decided to buy a new bottle and the victim informed them that he did not have money for the cooperation, information that upset the criminals, who drew their firearms and used them against the victim, taking his life immediately.
Attempted murder
In another procedure, Cicpc agents captured Lázaro Machado, 25 years old, nicknamed El Mocky, for attempted murder of a 70-year-old man in the Puerto Aleramo sector, Guajira parish and municipality, Zulia.
Through the investigation process, it was learned that Lázaro had stolen the victim’s belongings a few days ago, threatening to kill him if he chose to report him; however, to make sure that the septuagenarian did not proceed with the complaint, he entered his home carrying a knife and inflicted multiple wounds on him, leaving him badly injured, and then fled the scene, the scientific police reported on their networks.
The victim was rescued by local residents, who took him to a health center where he was treated and his condition is stable; while the attacker was arrested in the vicinity where the incident occurred, locating the knife and the case was placed under the orders of the 18th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry where he will be prosecuted.
