Bonao.-Annoyed at being recorded with a cell phone while mistreating his sentimental partner, a man killed his neighbor with a shot to the head.
The bloodshed occurred in the Los Cacaos de Palmarito community in Bonao, Monseñor Nouel province.
The victim was identified as Miguelina Sosa, 28 years old, who died from the shots caused by Emmanuel Tiburcio “Makito”. The lady leaves three children as orphans.
According to witnesses, the incident occurred at the moment when Tiburcio hit his partner Sandra Ovalles and she went out to try to calm down the situation and began to record, receiving a shot that took her life in response.
The aggressor who as soon as he committed the criminal act fled.
Tiburcio has a long history of aggression, to the point that two months ago he cut off Zoilo Tavarez’s arm, after having an argument with a brother.
