The afternoon of Sunday, August 3, Carlos Alberto S. Tehran, approximately 60 years old, was shot dead while traveling on a motorcycle on Cirilo Avalvis Avenue, in the Romulo Gallegos sector of El Null, Páez municipality of the state of Apure.
Unofficial sources indicate that the victim served as a shepherd of a local church and resided on a plot on the outskirts of the population. So far, the authorities have not issued official information about the reasons for the crime or possible suspects.
In this negative incidence, the authorities continue investigations to clarify the facts and find those responsible. The community demands greater security in this criminal act in the region.
