This Saturday, the 49th Control Court of the Criminal Judicial Circuit of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas issued an Arrest Warrant against the citizens: Auristela del Valle de Castillo, CI: V- 5.220434, Marianela Fernández Alvarado, CI: 5.169.738 and Dinorah Jaxilda Figuera Tovar, CI: V-5.567.817.
The inflammation was announced by the AMC Criminal Judicial Circuit through its Twitter social network account, where it explained that said arrest warrant was issued for his alleged participation in the crimes of: Usurpation of functions, Treason, Association for Crime and Money Laundering, by virtue of their participation in related irregular acts and Money Laundering.
By virtue of his participation in irregular acts related to the fictitious appointment of a Board of Directors of an alleged Illegitimate National Assembly, for the theft of Venezuelan assets abroad.
