The Cenidh reported through Twitter that after the guilty verdict issued by Judge Nadia Camila Tardencilla, of the Second Criminal District of Judgment, the Public Ministry requested a sentence of 10 years in prison.

For its part, the Legal Defense Unit (UDF) explained that of the 10 years requested by the Prosecutor’s Office, five are for conspiracy to undermine and five years for the spread of false news. In addition, the institution requested 800 days of fines against Chavez.
