The Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology of Panama (IMHPA) informs that according to a surveillance notice, for April 27 and 28, 2024, accumulated rainfall between 50 to 100 mm is expected over the Western Pacific, Azuero Peninsula, Colón. and Panama East. For the rest of the country, rainfall amounts between 40 and 70 mm are forecast.
The IMHPA adds that for the following hours rainfall amounts could increase significantly in Panamanian territory.
