The Cicpc opened an investigation to clarify the alleged robbery of 24 police units assigned to that police agency.
According to police sources, the lot of vehicles is made up of 16 cars and a truck as well as 8 motorcycles that were previously assigned to Cicpc-Zulia.
So far they have recovered two units: a Toyota Tacoma truck located in Mauroa (Falcón) and a Kawasaki KLR motorcycle that was in Cabimas (Zulia).
The Cicpc identified three people who carried out procedures to transfer three of the 24 stolen patrol cars. Among them is Ismelio Rodríguez Mogollón, who lives in Santa Cruz de Mara (Zulia).
Commissioners Ender Gonzáles and Endry González, whose mother, Ana María González, was allegedly with one of the vehicles, are also being investigated.
The clues to locate these people were obtained from their social networks and public organizations. The investigation continues its course.
