The Institute of National Aqueducts and Sewers of Panama (Idaan) announced that an investigation was launched related to the entity’s official who was caught on video manipulating the cover of a sewer on Calle 3ra de El Trébol 1.
“At this time, the Audit Department has opened a file for this case and according to the results of the investigations, the corresponding actions will be taken according to the internal regulations of the Institution,” Idaan said in a statement.
The Idaan assured that it thanks the population for the community complaint since in this way the country’s heritage is preserved, it stressed that they will continue to ensure compliance with the correct use of the State.
